Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received - unworn, unused, with tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

There is a NZD $15.00 flat rate for return shipping. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the NZD $15.00 return shipping fee from your refund. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided at that time.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Sale items or gift cards
Custom or personalised products
Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund (minus the NZD $15.00 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
